3. You don't have to give up on socializing
We tend to connect drinking alcohol with social interactions but one doesn't exclude the other. We can promise you that.
4. Don't be too harsh on yourself
If you are fancying an alcoholic drink... Drink it with no regrets! It feels good to give up on temptations.
