The finals of the 12th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy took place in the Matte Distillery in Bern last Monday, where there were decided the two best non-alcoholic cocktails in Switzerland under the categories of "Fancy" and "Sparkling" drinks.
With more than 50 participants, the two winners of the night were Francois Bräuning from Zurich's Lenox Bar and Michael Duc from Thun's Atelier Classic Bar.
Francois Bräuning won in the category of "fancy drinks" with his cocktail proposal "Back to the Roots".
