REBELS 0.0% are the first Swiss alcohol-free spirits, and our double distilled Rosso, Dolce Spritz, Sweet Amaretti, Botanical Dry, Malt Blend and Dark Spice are truly alcohol-free bases for your favorite longdrinks and cocktails. Inspired by the classics they contain their typical ingredients, with a rebellious twist.

REBELS 0.0% ROSSO:

A bitter, citrusy, and herbal aperitif with a rich complexity, harmonized with notes oforange, bergamot, gentian, and oak bark. Enriched with vermouth and spice extracts, it captures the depth and balance of a classic Italian bitter aperitivo with a sweet, floral twist.

REBELS 0.0% BOTANICAL DRY:

Unmistakable juniper, fine rosemary and exotic cardamom notes with fresh grapefruit in the nose, authentically bitter in taste and finishing with a slight spiciness.

REBELS 0.0% DOLCE SPRITZ:
An eruption of bitter-sweet oranges, typically complex notes of rhubarb, subtle spice nuances combined with fresh citrus aromas, characteristic bitterness and a slightly peppery finish.

REBELS 0.0% SWEET AMARETTI:
Typical sweet marzipan notes of almonds, harmonized with the incomparable sweetness of vanilla and cherry in the nose, classic creamy-nutty taste and slightly bitter, spicy and particularly long-lasting finish.

REBELS 0.0% MALT BLEND:

Smooth rich charm of oak, reminiscent of aged wooden barrels, in perfect balance with sweet vanilla, dark dried fruits, creamy caramel and with gentle hints of spicyness in the aftertaste.

REBELS 0.0% DARK SPICE:
An explosion of caramel, nutmeg and fine spices nuances combined with a typical wood note in the nose, characteristic sweetness of sugar cane molasses in the taste and an elegant and slightly peppery finish.

Similar to the natural alcoholic content of ripe fruits or fresh juices, our REBELS 0.0% could contain traces amounts of alcohol, yet maximum an extremely small amount and definitely less than 0,04%. This amount has no impact on the body and is fully compatible in terms of driving, pregnancy or alc-intolerant medical treatment. 

Our REBELS 0.0% are inspired by the classics and contain the typical ingredients. All our products include natural botanicals which we distill twice with two different water-based distilling methods and blend them together in the final products. And with the addition of a tiny bit of the natural spice of chili, the chance is you will even taste a little burn in the finish. 

REBELS 0.0% ROSSO
Ingredients: water, oligofructose, sugar cane syrup (cane sugar, water), gentian root distillate (5%), botanical distillates, vermouth- and spice-extracts, natural bergamot flavor, natural flavor, oak bark extract, tannins, salt, acid: citric acid, colour: E122, E110, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Yes, we do not use any animal derivatives in our production and distillation processes.

Unopened, our REBELS 0.0% have a best before date of at least 2 years. The best before end date is printed on the back label.

Once opened, our REBELS 0.0% bottles can be kept unrefrigerated for up to 6 months. However, we recommend not exposing the bottles to direct sunlight and storing them in a cool place. 

Handcrafted in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in the sunny region of Valais, our spirits are crafted with precision. We use only natural botanicals, which are distilled twice in our unique double distillation process. This technique enhances the depth, complexity, and longevity of the flavors.

We are a Zurich based start-up and all our spirits alternatives are produced in Switzerland, from double-distilling until bottling.

Only our ROSSO was born to be sipped neat.

The other products, just like alcoholic spirits, they are best served with mixers like tonic, soda, ginger beer etc. depending on which drink you fancy.

We recommend to serve 5cl REBELS 0.0% over lots of ice together with a mixer. The mixer or further cocktail ingredients boost the complexity & bring out the flavors best.
